Faculty & Classes
Philip Halpern and Amy Westbrook
Faculty for the Program are drawn primarily from UB Law School, with additional assistance from other schools. UB Law School Finance Transactions faculty, in consultation with the Management School, have developed the innovative course curriculum.
Classes are taught in weekly modules that focus on different topics within finance and law, often specific areas of practice. Each week, well-known practitioners (many of whom are UB Law graduates) join the class to lend the benefits of their experience in and spe- cific knowledge of the field.
