This is the future site of law, legislation and news regarding immigration detention in the Niagara Frontier Region spanning Southern Ontario and Western New York State.

The purpose of this website is:

• to educate the public about law and policy affecting foreign nationals in the U.S. with past criminal adjudications of guilt.
• to provide information and resources to foreign nationals regarding their deportability and detainability pursuant to new immigration legislation
• to describe and explain the roles relevant legal actors (INS, FBI, Border Patrol, Police, Immigration Judges, etc.) whose actions determine the fate of foreign nationals in the U.S.
