Hon. Mark A. Montour ’83 was appointed co-vice chair of the Tribal Courts Committee of the New York State Unified Court System. Montour is a New York State Supreme Court justice, 8th Judicial District, in Niagara Falls, N.Y.  He is the first Native American elected to a New York State judicial position. Montour lives in Lancaster, N.Y.

Hon. E. Jeannette Ogden ’83 was elected a New York State Supreme Court justice, 8th Judicial District, in Buffalo. Ogden previously served as a Buffalo City Court judge.
