Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 20, 2018, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Westin Buffalo (250 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY 14202). Cost is $90 per person and includes 2-hour open bar, hors d'oeuvres and stations.

What your class has been up to...

Cora A. Alsante ’88, a partner with Hancock Estabrook in Syracuse, N.Y., has been named to The Best Lawyers in America 2018. Alsante concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trusts, planning for the elderly and disabled and estate and trust administration. She is a resident of Jamesville, N.Y.

Sophie I. Feal ’88, an attorney with Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, has been elected a local director of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York Chapter.

James P. Kennedy Jr. ’88 was appointed U.S. attorney for the Western District of New York, in Buffalo. He previously served as interim U.S. attorney and first assistant U.S. attorney. Kennedy lives on Grand Island, N.Y.

Hon. Andrew C. LoTempio ’88 was elected a Buffalo City Court judge. He is a past School of Law adjunct faculty member. LoTempio is a Buffalo resident.

Thomas J. Colson ’88 serves of counsel with Simpson & Simpson in Buffalo. He is a registered patent attorney and president and general counsel of Executive IP in Fairport, N.Y. Colson lives in Clarence Center, N.Y.
