Details
Scholars of law, humanities, and the social sciences will examine contemporary relations between law and religion in society and culture. Topics will include the nature of modern religion under the rule of law, the impact of secularization on religion and its relation to law, and the affect of legal regulation of religion on the experience of religious practices, places, and objects.
