Consider including chamber of commerce or tourism publications highlighting the attributes of your county or geographic region.
Career Fair Space: The career fair will be set up in a large conference space in “table talk” format, with candidates circulating freely among the tables. Interactions with candidates will take place at your table. We will have “interview in progress” signs available to discourage interruptions if you decide to interview a candidate on the spot.

Employers will be able to step into that space as need be for a bit more privacy with a potential candidate.

Topics will include recruitment strategies, interviewing tips & tricks, and diversity among others. This panel discussoin will take place in the morning before the Career Fair.
