Review Our Health and Safety Guidelines

The University at Buffalo is committed to protecting the health and safety of the UB community while remaining focused on our academic, research and community service mission. UB intends to resume in-person, campus-based instruction for the fall 2021 semester and urges students to get their COVID-19 vaccinations as soon as possible, in compliance with SUNY requirements for the fall semester.

Your Professional Photo

For those who were unable to have their photo taken last February on campus, a professional photographer will be available to take your portrait.  You will be supplied a low res photo for your professional use online (LinkedIn profile etc.), compliments of the law school.

The Law Alumni Association will welcome the members of the Classes of 2023 and 2024 to the Western New York legal community.  Join YOUR alumni network at a cocktail reception with beer, wine &  hors d’oeuvres.

Lunch with the Dean and Class Photo
Join us for lunch with our dean, Aviva Abramovsky and your class photo.
Note: The class photo will now be taken before lunch begins.  Please meet in the first floor lobby before 12:15 (immediately after the library tour). A photo will be taken outside of O’Brian Hall and then you will return to the law library for lunch with the dean.

2L Class Meeting: Graduation Requirements and Bar Exam Planning
It’s not too soon to start planning! Join Professors Bernadette Gargano and Bill MacDonald for a one hour review of your academic requirements to graduate on time, as well as important dates and other information regarding the New York bar exam.
