1.5 NYS CLE Credits:  1.0  in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias; .5 in Ethics and Professionalism (non-transitional credit only)

The UB School of Law Career Services Office is holding a CLE program to help legal employers and law firms improve hiring and, importantly, retention of employees.

All too often, we see great diversity statements on websites, but something goes missing when it comes to meaningful retention of employees.  This program is designed to help and empower those employers who want to do the work and make positive change – to give the employers the tools to do just that.
