Drawing on personal experience, decades of research, and litigation, the article explores the roots of her mission to uncover environmental injustice and hold corporations accountable, culminating in her forthcoming book "Thundering Waters."
  • Law Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize stellar achievements

    Five alumni of the University at Buffalo School of Law and one non-alumnus—UB’s 15th president—will be honored as the UB Law Alumni Association presents its 2026 Distinguished Alumni Awards.
