Disparaging Trademarks and One Rock Band’s Road to the Supreme Court: A Panel Discussion on Lee v. Tam, Trademark Law, and the First Amendment
The Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal  is hosting a CLE and panel discussion moderated by Prof. Mark Bartholomew.
