Class Rank

Students can log into their HUB Student Center to view an unofficial transcript or your academic advising report, both of which will contain your GPA. Your GPA will appear on your transcript, however, ranking will not, as this is something you may decide to report only if you wish.

If you do not fall within the top 25% you are simply not ranked as our ranking ends at this cutoff. You may round in your calculation (for example, if you achieve a 3.695 you may round to a 3.70 for purposes of ranking).

Please note that class rank should not be considered official until July 1st.

  • Students are not ranked until after the first year of law school.
  • LL.M. students are not ranked.
  • Only J.D. students in the top 25% of each class will receive a ranking.
  • Rankings do not appear on the law school transcript.

Class rank can be accessed via UBBox.  You will need to log in with your UBIT credentials in order to view current and past class ranks.
