Career Services Office

The Career Services Office (CSO) educates and empowers students, alumni and employers based on decades of diverse experience, along with genuine compassion and understanding of how to develop long-lasting employment relationships. The CSO takes a mindful approach to career development, collaborating with legal professionals to achieve unparalleled career outcomes for our students and our employers.
Individual Career Counseling
Every student meets individually with a CSO career counselor at least once per semester and as often as needed to plan their career path. Each job search is unique, and the CSO provides the highest-quality support by tailoring its services to each student.
Professional Development Programs
The CSO provides many programs to develop our students’ professional identities, including lectures from experienced practitioners and new lawyers, and career panels with alumni, giving students the inside story about legal jobs across the country.
Mentor Programs
Every member of the first-year class is matched with one of more than 200 mentors who are practicing lawyers or judges, and the relationship grows throughout their law school career.
