Sports Law Information Session

Aspiring lawyers with a passion for sports can pursue a concentration in Sports Law at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Completion of this concentration distinguishes graduates as attorneys with an unusual level of knowledge and mastery of the field.

Learn about our Sports Law concentration during our online Sports Law Information Session with Professor Helen “Nellie” Drew, alumni, current law students pursuing sports law, and Lindsay Gladney, Vice Dean for Admissions.

“This concentration will prepare you to handle the wide range of legal matters that arise in this expanding industry from contract disputes to criminal matters, from estate planning to intellectual property issues,” says Professor Drew, director of the law school’s Sports Law concentration and Center for the Advancement of Sport.
