2025-26 Recruiting Policy

The School of Law will offer recruiting services throughout the 2025–2026 academic year for entry-level, academic-year, and Summer 2026 positions. This includes accommodating requests for both virtual and in-person on-campus interviews, beginning July 16–18, 2025, and continuing through late spring.

Interview Dates

The School of Law will launch the 2025–2026 Recruitment Program with In-Person and Virtual On-Campus Interviews on July 16–18, 2025.

Due to increased demand for graduates who can begin in September (following the July Bar Exam), our August 25–26 and September 4–5 OCI rounds will include the option to interview 2025 graduates.

Additional interview sessions are available throughout the spring and upon request.

Based on the academic schedule, Fridays are typically the best day to avoid conflicts with scheduled classes.

How to Recruit

For this recruiting season, interviewing, job posting, and application collection services may be requested through our web-based platform, LOCK.

On-Campus Interviews (In-Person or Virtual)

On-Campus Interviews will begin in late summer and continue throughout the academic year. Applications will be sent to employers shortly after the Application Collection Closing Date for resume prescreening. Only students selected by the employer will be scheduled for interviews.
