Experiential Opportunities Application

Before submitting an application, please make sure that you have the following documents ready to upload (PDF preferred):

• Cover Letter
• Resume
• Unofficial Transcript
  (Please go to HUB and save and/or print an unofficial transcript. By providing a copy of your transcript with your application, you are releasing this information to the experiential programs to which you are applying.)
• Writing Sample
• Conflicts Inventory Acknowledgment
• Externship Agreements (if applicable)

Please download and complete the appropriate agreement and submit it with your application:

• Agreement to Participate in an Externship or Judicial Externship
• Agreement to Participate in an Intensive Judicial Externship (if applicable)

Students with questions about the application process should contact the following:

• Questions about Clinics, Practicums, and General Application Procedures should be directed to law-clinic@buffalo.edu.
• Questions about Externship/Judicial Externship should be directed to law-externship@buffalo.edu.

Please note that applications are not reviewed on a rolling basis. All applications will be reviewed after the application deadline. While students are encouraged to submit their applications early, review will not begin until the deadline has passed. Late submissions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
