Evidentiary Analysis

A Deep Dive into the Legal and Evidentiary Issues in People v. Klenk (or "The Buffalo Niagara")

An optional preview session for anyone volunteering as a judge or evaluator for the Buffalo Niagara Trial Competition. Volunteers will review the case's legal and evidentiary issues.

Earn free CLE: 1.5 NYS CLE credits in the area of Skills (non-transitional)

  • Experienced attorneys may earn non-transitional CLE credit via attendance at either the live or virtual program.
  • Newly admitted attorneys must attend the live program to earn transitional CLE credit.
