The D.C. Chapter of the UB Law Alumni Association is one of our strongest, with alumni that are helpful and supportive to the law school and to law students. That loyalty powers the work of the alumni chapter, which develops opportunities for alums to network with each other and supports the work of the law school’s career services office.

The Pro Bono Scholars Program allows students in their final year of law school to devote their last semester of study to performing pro bono service through a legal services provider or law school clinic. While it’s a lot of work, it affords both the satisfaction of providing legal help where it’s sorely needed, and gives Scholars a head start on their post-law-school career.
