Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy is a former NFL safety and longtime executive who served as President and CEO of the Green Bay Packers from 2008 to 2025. A Super Bowl champion both as a player with Washington and as an executive with Green Bay, he was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2025.

A Colgate University alumnus, Murphy also earned a law degree from Georgetown. After his playing career, he worked for the NFL Players Association and later as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. He went on to serve as athletic director at both Colgate and Northwestern before joining the Packers.
