Thank you for contacting the Civil Rights and Housing Clinic.

We provide services to individuals facing tenant evictions in the City of Buffalo. Applicants outside our service area or otherwise ineligible for our services will be referred to other organizations that may be able to assist them.

Completing this questionnaire does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. It is merely an application. You have the right to keep looking for a lawyer or decline our services if offered.

If we determine that your needs align well with our capacity to provide services, someone from our office will contact you to learn a bit more information about you and your business and inform you of the next steps.

By voluntarily completing this application, some basic information is collected about you, which may include your name, home and mailing address, email address, telephone number, university affiliation, and potential or current business information. This information may be shared with the University at Buffalo Sponsored Project Services and its affiliates for grant reporting purposes.
