Disability Services

Course and examination accommodations are available for qualified law students with disabilities through Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Bernadette Gargano.  Dean Gargano can be reached at gargano@buffalo.edu.

Law students with disabilities taking courses that have examinations prior to the regular examination period in December and who require accommodations should contact Dean Saran as soon as possible. If you have not previously identified yourself as a law student with a disability, please include your address, phone number, class year and a description of your disability. Documentation of your disability, including pertinent evaluation data from an appropriate professional (medical doctor or psychologist), is necessary to receive accommodations, including examination accommodations.

Students requiring accommodations outside the School of Law should visit Accessibility Resources or contact the Accessibility Resources Office directly at 716-645-2608.
