SUNY Buffalo Law School’s appellate and trial teams continue to shine on the national stage. Carey Beyer ’14 and Shayna Eichen ’14, advanced all the way to the regional final round, knocking off some higher seeded teams along the way at the Brooklyn Regional of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition over the week-end of March 8.

While they were narrowly outpointed in the final round, theirs was an outstanding performance, according to Lucinda M. Finley, the team’s coach and Frank G. Raichle Professor of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs.
